今回はパート1&2の記事に続いて、オンライン英会話「スパトレSPTR」で指導してもらった結果、私の解答がどれだけ変わったのかを記事にしていきます。

(指導後の回答)

I heard about this position from 〇〇, which is employment agency.

You are currently looking for a sales support staff who works for clerical work mainly.

I believe this job is for me.

Because, I am good at multitasking.

I was a nurse in Japan.

Nurse are often called by multiple patients at the same time.

So I nursed them while prioritizing.

In addition, Nurse job is not only looking after patients but also collaboration with other occupations and PC work such a confirmation of documents, preparation of repots and so on.

Therefore I feel this job would be a good fit with my experience.

指導前の回答に比べて、自分がどのくらいこのポジションに合っているのか、ということをアピールできる表現になりました。

Q2, Out of all the candidates, why should we choose you ?
(他の候補者ではなく、あなたを選ぶべき理由はなんですか？)

(指導後の回答)

There are two reasons you choose me.

First, I have a challenging spirit and tenacity compared to other candidates.

I worked as a nurse in ICU (intensive care unit).

The main task was taking care of patients who were in serious condition.

It was not a piece of cake rather tough jobs that made me to self-doubt my capacity and skills.

However I overcame it, by analyzing myself and challenging the task many times.

After that, I was appointed the nurse who was in charge of organ donation for brain death patients for the first time in 13 years at the hospital I worked for.

Therefore I can toughly work with my spirit to accept and overcome challenges.

The second reason is that I’m used to doing multitasking.

Because Nursing work is a multitasking.

When I was a nurse, I often called by patients at the same time.

And then I nursed the patients while prioritizing.

I will contribute your company with my abilities are spirit to accept and overcome challenges and multitasking.

この質問に対して、強みを３つほど言えるとより良いと言われましたが、文章が長々としてしまうので、辞めました。

Q3, Why do you want this job?
(どうしてこの仕事がしたいのですか？)

(指導後の回答)

I am interested to join your company because you open up new medical possibilities with 〇〇 which is one of Asia’s largest private hospital groups in 〇〇 countries.

Currently, Asia is undergoing rapid economic development.

However, I’m afraid that more and more people are suffering from the rising of medical costs at the same time the rate of people suffering from chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease and cerebral infarction increases as well while the people’s lives are getting richer because of their sedentary lifestyle.

I think we should focus on preventive medical programs rather than providing advanced medical treatment.

This actually prevents patients from getting severe illnesses and does not have to pay high medical costs.

I aim to work at your Healthcare business department in the future.

I strongly agree with Mr T〇〇 words, who is general manager for 〇〇 department.

That is “we should achieve radical improvements in preventive care and disease control, and bring down care costs. He wants to deliver such a future to many people.”

There is much what I can contribute with my experience to your healthcare service department.

こちらの回答は、2回指導受けました。

1回目の講師と相性が合わず、理解が深められませんでした。

2回目はお気に入りの講師を予約して再指導受けました。

2回受講した甲斐もあり指導前の回答に比べて、発言してても自信持って言える回答になりました。
