自分の看護を活かして海外転職活動に奮闘中のあやぱんです。
この記事を読みに来てくださりありがとうございます♡

今回、「海外就職や外資系企業でよく聞かれる面接対策」についてです。

私は企業面接を控えている身なので、只今面接対策中です。

その内容が誰かの転職活動に少しでも参考になれば良いなぁと思い、今回ここで共有させていただきます。

海外就職の面接でよく聞かれる質問その①

Q1,what past accomplishments gave you satisfaction 
(過去の経験からやりがいを感じたことは？)

My answer

I was a nurse in Japan.
 what past accomplishments gave me satisfaction is that I was in charge of organ donation for brain death patients for the first time in 13 years at the hospital I worked at.  
The nurse not only cares for the patient, but also cares for the heart of the patient’s family and collaborates with other occupations such as doctors.  
Organ donation involves more than 100 medical staff for only 2 days in order to save the brain dead patients who volunteered for an organ transplant and the patients who can not be saved unless they receive an organ transplant in the whole country.  
It was a great honor to be involved in that task as a member of that team, and being in charge of my job at the hospital for the first time in 13 years has given me confidence.

私は日本で看護師をしてました。

私が今までの経験で満足する達成感を感じたことは、当時働いていた病院で13年ぶりの脳死患者の臓器移植の業務担当をさせていただいたことです。

看護師は患者さんのケアだけでなく、家族の心のケアや医師など他職種との連携も行います。

臓器提供は臓器移植を志願してくれた脳死状態の患者さんから、全国にいる臓器移植を受けないと救えない患者を救うために、100人以上超える医療スタッフがたった2日間の業務に関わります。

そのチームの一員としてその業務に従事できたことはとても光栄なことでしたし、その病院で13年ぶりの業務を担当させていただいたことは、自分の自信に繋がりました。

Q2,what makes you want to work hard 
(何があなたのやる気を起こさせるか？)

My answer

I have an ability making goals myself. 
And I can work hard so that  I try to accomplish the goal i made. 
In my previous job, I was involved in the launch of postnatal care services with the goal of first getting one customer. 
And I was able to get one customer within about two weeks after starting the postnatal care service.  
After that, I set a new goal to get a reservation for a customer for postnatal care every month. 
And I received a lot of inquiries about reservations which I had to decline for postnatal care services.

Elsewhere, finding the boss I long for makes me feel like doing my best.
And I can motivate because I want to be such a boss.

私は自分で目標を掲げてそれを達成させるために、仕事を頑張ろうという気持ちにさせています。

前職では産後ケアサービスの立ち上げから携わり、まずは顧客を1人ゲットする目標を掲げて、産後ケアサービスを開始して約2週間以内で顧客を1人ゲットすることができました。

その後は、毎月産後ケアのお客様の予約をゲットすることを目標に仕事に従事した結果、お断りしなければならないほど、産後ケアサービスの予約に関する問い合わせをいただくようになりました。

他には、自分の憧れる上司を見つけることで、仕事を頑張ろうという気持ちにさせます。

憧れる先輩の存在は、自分もあんな上司になりたいとモチベーションを上げることができ、より自分を成長させることができます。

Q3, what type of environment do you like best 
(あなたの理想の職場環境とは。)

My answer

I like working in teams.
because there is a limit to what I can do.
But the possibilities are endless if I work in a team.
So, the environment to communicate with not only my boss and but also juniors is the best for me.

(日本語訳)

私はチームで働くことが好きです。

なぜならば、1人でできることは限られているけど、チームならば可能性が無限大に広がるからです。

なので、上司や後輩とコミュニケーションを図れる環境が私にとってベストな環境です。

Q4,Explain how you overcome a major obstacle 
(どのようにして大きな壁を乗り越えるのか説明しなさい。)

I have overcome major obstacles thanks to my colleagues and reliable senior.
For example, the first year of working for me was the toughest time of my life.  
Because I felt that I was about to be overwhelmed by the responsibility of protecting the patient's life, and I felt the difficulty of flexibly managing the multi-tasking of nurses.
However, Me and my colleagues encourage each other because we can understand each other's feelings because we have the same experience.  
And Reliable seniors understood our abilities, sometimes supported, sometimes taught for our growth, and given the opportunity to challenge.
By increasing the chances of being recognized by the seniors, I became more confident and overcame obstacles.
I came to understand the enjoyment of work since the second year of the nurse.

私は同期や信頼出来る先輩のおかげで主な障害を乗り越えられました。

例えば、私にとって社会人一年目は人生で最も辛い時期でした。

なぜならば、患者さんの命を守る責任に押し潰されそうになったり、看護師のマルチ多数な業務を柔軟にこなす難しさを感じていたからです。

しかし、わたしは同期や信頼出来る先輩の存在があったので、乗り越えることができました。

同じ経験をしている同期だからこそお互いの気持ちを理解できる、お互いに励まし合いました。

信頼出来る先輩は、自分の能力を理解してくれて、時にはサポートしてくれたり、時には成長のために指導してくれたり、挑戦するチャンスをくれたりしました。

先輩に認められる機会が増えることによって自信に繋がり、壁を乗り越え、看護師二年目からは仕事の楽しさがわかるようになりました。

Q5, Where do you see yourself five years from now.
(５年後の自分はどうありたいと思いますか？)

I want to be a trusted supporter of the top leaders in an international team of your country within five years.
I prefer a position that supports top people, rather than becoming a leader. 
It is influenced by the experience of nurses. 
Although I was able to save a patient's life directly like a doctor, I have always supported the patient's mind and body as a familiar entity. 
Everyone has weakness points even doctors who have excellent skills.
I found it rewarding when I helped patients while I made up for the doctor’s weakness points. 
I’m happy to double my contribution by being able to serve not only our patients, but also my respected doctors.
 
Also, I want to be a person who can contribute not only to Japanese but also to people all over the world, so I would like to work in an international environment within five years.

私は５年後に国際色豊かなチームの中で、トップリーダーの身近で信頼されるサポート者になりたいです。

自分はリーダーになるよりも、トップの人を支えるポジションが好きです。

それは今までの看護師の経験が影響しています。

医者のように直接治療をすることで、患者さんの命を救うことはできませんが、常に身近な存在として患者さんの心や体をサポートしてきました。

どんなに腕のある医者でも苦手なことはあります。

そこを看護師が補うことで患者さんが満足するサポートができた時、私はやりがいを感じます。

顧客である患者だけでなく、尊敬できる医者の役に立つこともできることで、貢献度が2倍になることが嬉しいのです。

また、私は日本人だけでなく、世界中の人々に貢献出来る人材になりたいので、国際色豊かな環境で５年後も働いていたいです。

Q6, why do you want to leave your current job
(どうしてあなたは現在の仕事を辞めたいのですか？または辞めたのか？)

Reason No,1
Because my husband change a job.
when my husband quit a job, I also loose my visa.

(日本語訳)

なぜならば、主人が転職したからです。

主人が退職する時に私もビザを失うからです。

Reason No,2
I want to be a person who can contribute not only to Japanese but also to people all over the world, regardless of culture or religion.  
My previous job was to mainly support Japanese children and mothers living in Singapore.
I don't want to miss the opportunity to work with international people in Singapore, which is full of international colors, so I decided to retire to take up the challenge.

(日本語訳)

私は日本人だけでなく世界中の人々に貢献できる人になりたいと思っています。

以前は、シンガポールに住む日本人の子供と母親を主に支援することを仕事としていました。 

 国際色豊かなシンガポールで、多国籍の人たちと仕事をする機会を逃したくないという理由から、前職を退職してチャレンジすることにしました。
