①Right hypochondrium：右季肋部
② Epigastrium/Epigastric region：心窩部
③Left hypochondrium：左季肋部
④Right lumbar：右腰部＝右側腹部
⑤Umbilical/periumbilical region：臍部・臍周囲部
⑥ Left lumbar：左腰部＝左側腹部
⑦Right iliac region：右腸骨部＝右鼠径部
⑧Hypogastrium：下腹部
⑨Left iliac region：左腸骨部＝左鼠径部

Abdominal pain(腹痛)

crappy pain：キューっと締め付けられるような痛み
colicky pain: （蠕動運動に沿って）波の往来のように現れる痛み
dull pain：鈍痛
Vomiting (嘔吐)
vomitus：吐物・吐いたもの
nausea：吐き気
heartburn：胸焼け
symptoms of cirrhosis (肝硬変の症状)
①jaundice：黄疸
②gynecomastia：女性化乳房
③varicosis of the abdominal wall：腹壁静脈怒張
④finger clubbing：ばち状指
⑤blood spots：出血斑
⑥edema：浮腫
⑦erythema palmare/ red palms：手掌紅斑
⑧ascites：腹水
⑨spider angioma：クモ状血管腫
